Welcome to Alpha Phi! My name is Dillan Hickey, and I am so excited to serve as the Vice President of Membership Recruitment. Coming into recruitment, I had no idea what to expect. Every time I walked into Alpha Phi, the nerves went away, and I felt like I could truly be myself. I have found friends that will last a lifetime, memories I will never forget, and a sisterhood where I am pushed to be the best version of myself. My college experience would not be the same without Alpha Phi.

I hope that during recruitment, you’ll feel the same sense of comfort and belonging that I did when I walked through these doors. Alpha Phi is a place where you can be authentically yourself, surrounded by women who will celebrate your individuality, support your dreams, and stand by you every step of the way. As you go through this process, my best advice is to trust your gut and enjoy every moment. Recruitment is a unique opportunity to meet so many incredible women and explore what each chapter has to offer.
