A Letter From Our President

Square
Hello, and welcome to Alpha Phi at UNC! My name is Anna Kate Tucker, and I’m honored to serve as president of the Kappa Alpha chapter of Alpha Phi. Thank you for visiting our website and showing interest in what life is like as an Alpha Phi at UNC. Joining Alpha Phi during the spring semester of my freshman year was a moment I didn’t realize would alter the course of my college experience. I would have never imagined having the confidence or drive to serve as the president of an organization of this size and complexity, but being a member of Alpha Phi has allowed me to develop leadership skills and self-confidence through the love and support each sister has shown me. I’ve enjoyed my time as a member of Alpha Phi, and I am so excited to serve as the president of the organization that has given so much to me. My goals for this year are to make our already strong sisterhood even stronger, our amazing events even more exciting, and our community service even more impactful. Alpha Phi has given me opportunities to get involved on campus, volunteer in the community, and create lasting relationships both within our organization and throughout the Greek community. Coming into college as a Covid freshman was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but Alpha Phi made the transition so much easier. I will strive throughout my presidency to make the college experience of our members as memorable as mine has been so far. Alumnae, sisters, and future potential new members, please reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I’d love to chat, and as always, AOE.
