Our Home

The Kappa Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi is so excited celebrate our brand new home, established in 2020! Originally a four bedroom historic property in Chapel Hill, our recent renovations and expansion have truly transformed 219 E. Rosemary into our dream home while preserving many of the previous architectural elements. Interior designer Carole Hollowell encompassed the bright, fun personality of the chapter through her decor selections highlighted below. The chapter facility houses 30 members spread throughout 15 bedrooms on the first and second floors. Parking is available to our members in our parking garage. Within our home, there are plenty of spaces to study, catch up with sisters, or curl up for a movie night in!​
